Melvin Stewart is a fixture in the Chicago comedy scene and the producer of the hit monthly showcase Big Black Comedyright here at The Den. A road-tested comic who has performed all over the Midwest, Melvin has featured for nationally touring headliners including Paris Sashay, Calimar White, and Vik Pandya.
Known for a comedy style that is unapologetically "weird and filterless," Melvin’s material takes audiences on a wild ride through his eccentric upbringing and his current chaotic adventures as a father of three. Come help him ring in another year alongside hilarious special guests Chris Forte, Jim Balderston, and Christian Henningsmeyer.
