Is the Den Wheelchair accessible?

The Den Theatre's entire first floor is handicap accessible. If you need assistance getting to our second floor, please approach the Box Office and someone there will take you upstairs safely.

If you need a wheelchair accessible seat, please email boxoffice@thedentheatre.com ahead of time so that we can prepare seating for you.

What if the seats aren't comfortable for me?

The Den Theatre offers armless chairs upon request to maximize patron comfortability. 

Does The Den offer air filtration?

The Den Theatre utilizes several separate HVAC systems throughout the facility, with air filtration systems that range from a minimum rating of MERV 8, up to MERV 13. In addition, The Heath Mainstage features a large exhaust system that can recycle air completely within 10 minutes between shows. In all spaces, The Den allows at least one 1/2 hour between performances to ensure sufficient air recycling.

Does The Den have gender neutral bathrooms?

We offer multiple gender neutral bathrooms. There are two multi-occupancy gender neutral bathrooms on the first floor past our Heath Mainstage. We also have two single-stall gender neutral bathrooms on our second floor.
