As being connected is to be alone, as multi-tasking is to be inefficient, so is being fast to be still, to scroll through never-ending feeds, to sift through the oceans of content, waiting, to wait. This, then, the paradox of fast, is the ligament and tendon stitching together “I, Custer“ and “Lance Gets a Time Machine”, the two new and pyrotechnic plays by award winning playwright Neal Adelman—in his Chicago debut—contained within this Dodge Box Theatre Co. production.
