TOO FAT FOR CHINA is a one hour hilarious and poignant storytelling performance about adoption, the transatlantic slave trade, capitalism, zoloft, sea turtles and one woman's journey about making a family by any means necessary. TOO FAT FOR CHINA premiered at the Gloucester Stage Company in Massachusetts and since gone on to fill houses and get critical acclaim in Boston, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Washington DC and NYC, where it won the "Best Storytelling Show" in 2023 at the United Solo Festival.
