The Drawer Boy by Michael Healey (NOW CLOSED)

The Den is excited to join Filament Theatre in co-producing The Drawer Boy, the award winning play by Michael Healey inspired by the Theatre Passe Muraille's landmark production of The Farm Show. The Drawer Boy examines the lives of two WWII veterns whose lives are turned upside down when a young actor visits their farm to gather reasearch for a play. What starts off quite innocently, and at times even humorous, unfolds into a powerful journey as the two older men rebuild the story of their lives, the truth of which had long been left unspoken.
